Samples of textile designs 1988-1998

I worked as a freelance printed textile designer for a number of Design Studios in this period. The designs sold to fashion and furnishing industries primarily in Europe, Japan, Korea and the USA. I enjoyed the hectic pace of deadlines and preparing the collection on time before a selling trip. My best buyers were in Europe and Japan. It was thrilling to see my designs, produced in my little studio in Oxford, displayed in shops like Liberty and John Lewis in London or Textile Fairs in Frankfurt, Paris and Milan.
